This section is used to configure Power BI Role Level Security (RLS). For a detailed guide on using this section go to PBI Admin Guide.

The _Provisioning links in the left menu, provide access to View, Create, Update and Delete reporting features, persisted in HUBs 'Garber/ReportingApp' database.

For fast enabling of a user, select the 'Profile' tab on the 'User Provisioning' page. This allows for quick enabling of the user, with selection of multiple 'Reports' - or Report Package - for a given access 'Role'.

The 'Provisioning/Profile' tab contains a Search Filter to retrieve configurations of a specific user. We recommend to always use this feature when configuring entities so the page load is faster.
Use the provisioning tabs without a profile selected, when selecting data across multiple profiles or when searching for specific information.

Following ReportingApp entities are configurable.

  • Config - privileged access only

Reporting Fields

The data is entered into a staging environment and transitioned through an ETL process to provide the data to Reporting.

This solution runs on Azure Power Automate and is the preferred option over the older PBRS tool.

Client KPIs

This section stores Client KPI targets for the FCM Trends & KPI Dashboard.
If targets are not set here, the report takes FCM as an aggregate.
